Breeding is a part of the solution

Join us for this exclusive online knowledge-sharing session, where we will explore how advanced breeding strategies can ensure a sustainable pig production in a modern society. Modern pig production is expected to use fewer resources, reduce its environmental impact, and improve animal welfare - breeding must play a key role in making these goals go hand in hand with profitability.

DanBred's Senior Scientist, Mark Henryon, will share cutting-edge research on how DanBred's approach to balanced breeding goals will shape the future of pig genetics. He will explain how and why DanBred is able to generate genetic progress with care for a sustainable future through:

✅ Controlled inbreeding within populations

✅ Identifying selection criteria

✅ Monitoring and surveillance of animals in populations

Whether you're a producer, breeder, or industry stakeholder, this webinar offers a comprehensive understanding of the power of breeding in tackling today's challenges and seizing the opportunities of tomorrow.

Date: April 24

Time: 12:30-14:00 CEST
